  • Lead Design Meetings with internal stakeholders for assigned projects

  • Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, leading the design and user experience process, ensuring the campaign matches the client’s brand and story

  • Work with the Bid Manager to prioritise and execute bids and presentations, agreeing on deadlines and expectations
     

  • Deliver written, numerical and existing content into a compelling graphical representation that is easy to interpret
     

  • Ensure timely dispatch and achieve all deadlines
     

  • Supporting all members of the Bid team as and when required

  • Produce beautiful page layouts in InDesign and PowerPoint
     

  • Generate logos, graphics, charts, Illustrations in Adobe Illustrator
     

  • Retouch images in Photoshop to a high standard
     

  • Understanding of common print processes

  • Listen to feedback, amend designs, propose and share ideas, work in close collaboration with peers and marketing teams
